Mid-century glory and award winning landscape design: the renovated Kronish House

Once ready for demolition, the Kronish House by architect Richard Neutra, built in 1954, is restored to its old glory, with stunning and award wining landscaping by Marmol Radziner.

Years of alterations and neglect left the house in a very bad condition, until it was bought in 2011 by the current owner that restored the house and the gardens to their original state. Historic photos of Julius Shulman were used as a reference for the renovation.
