Images from a library of dead plants, or in professional terminology: a herbarium. The Plant Resource centre of the University of Texas has one, just like other places in the U.S. such as St. Louis and New York, each containing millions of dead plants. The Atlantic wrote an interesting piece on the digitalization of these enormous archives. We will suffice to say the archived plants on white (or yellowed) paper make a beautiful image.
